Anti-Fraud Statement

Anti-Fraud Awareness

Dear Valued Customer,

UNSIMPLE will never request your financial account or credit card information via SMS, phone calls, or any other means, nor will we ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM based on such requests.

If you receive suspicious calls or messages, please remain vigilant and do not trust instructions from unknown sources. If you have any doubts, contact UNSIMPLE immediately or call the Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165 provided by the National Police Agency for verification.

When receiving calls starting with prefixes like “+,” “+2,” or “+886,” be extra cautious. Be aware that scammers may spoof phone numbers or impersonate specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Additionally, do not click on unfamiliar links or accept friend requests or messages from unknown LINE contacts.

Common fraud tactics include claims such as “duplicate orders” or “mistaken installment payments” designed to gain consumer trust and then demand internet banking or ATM transactions. For banking-related issues, always contact your bank directly. If you receive any communication asking for account operations or personal information, refuse to comply to reduce the risk of fraud.

We also recommend regularly updating your passwords and strengthening their security (e.g., using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers). Avoid entering account information on public computers to enhance your information security.

Wishing you safety and well-being,
UNSIMPLE
